By accessing or using Fantasy Game Show ("FGS," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Fantasy Game Show. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts You may delete your account at any time through the Account Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Fantasy Game Show is a skill-based fantasy sports platform for reality television shows. The platform allows users to: • Create and join private fantasy leagues • Draft contestants from supported TV shows • Make weekly predictions and elimination picks • Earn points based on contestant performance and prediction accuracy • Compete on leaderboards within their leagues Fantasy Game Show is not a gambling service. There is no element of chance, no house edge, and outcomes are determined entirely by real-world show events and user strategy.

League commissioners have additional responsibilities including managing league settings, inviting members, and overseeing league activity. Commissioners agree to: • Manage their league in good faith • Not manipulate scoring or settings to unfairly advantage any member • Respect the experience of all league members We reserve the right to remove commissioner privileges or take action on leagues that violate these terms.

Our platform includes chat features that allow communication between league members. By using these features, you agree to the following rules of conduct: • Do not post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful • Do not post spam, advertisements, or solicitations • Do not share content that is illegal, obscene, or violates the rights of others • Do not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity • Do not attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content on FGS, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform as necessary to operate the service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who engage in prohibited conduct. Users may report inappropriate content or behavior, and we will review reports within 24 hours.

We take content moderation seriously to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. Our moderation practices include: • Users may report messages or other users for violating these terms • Users may block other users to prevent seeing their messages • We may suspend a user's ability to post if they violate conduct rules • We may delete content that violates these terms • Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination Moderation decisions are made at our discretion and are final.

Fantasy Game Show, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written consent. Reality television show names, contestant names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our use of these names is for informational and fantasy gameplay purposes only.

Fantasy Game Show is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scoring, leaderboard positions, or other platform data, though we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. We are not responsible for the content, actions, or conduct of third parties, including other users of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy Game Show and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fantasy Game Show at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to: • Violation of these Terms of Service • Abusive or harmful behavior toward other users • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Extended inactivity Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
